PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY

GOAT Syndicate products are warranted for 60 days, from the date the product is received by the original purchaser, against manufacturer's defects (this does not include placement and slight color difference in comparison to the 3D model). The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from GOAT Syndicate that clearly shows the purchase date. This warranty does not apply to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

The Goat Syndicate warranty program does not cover any defects due to accidents, improper fit, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, Xbox One Elite rubberized grips, rips, tears, holes, damage caused by use with another product, damage caused by fire, earthquake, liquid contact, or other external cause. Alteration of GOAT Syndicate products will void warranty. The customer's exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by GOAT Syndicate. The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.

Apparel and Accessory Warranty

GOAT Syndicate apparel and accessories are warranted for 30 days, from the date the item is received by the original purchaser, against defects in material or workmanship. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from GOAT Syndicate that clearly shows the purchase date.

How to make a warranty claim:

Please access and review our FAQ before seeking warranty service. If your item is still not functioning properly after making use of these resources, please contact GOAT Syndicate Customer Service. A GOAT Syndicate representative will help determine whether your product requires service and, if it does, will inform you how GOAT Syndicate will provide it. When contacting GOAT Syndicate via telephone, other charges may apply depending on your location.

Be sure you have your order number, located on your email invoice, before calling.

Next Steps

Covered Under Warranty- We will cover the cost of all work related to the repairing or replacement of your product. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our facility, but return shipping back to customer will be at no charge.

Not Covered Under Warranty- If for whatever reason your product is deemed not to be covered under our warranty policy we will send you an estimate for the cost to repair or replace your product. Once agreed with you we will send you an RMA number to be included with your item. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our facility and for return shipping back to customer.

Please Note: 
Products or packages mailed directly to GOAT Syndicate Headquarters without a filled out form or proper department heading clearly labeled on the package will be REFUSED DELIVERY and returned to the sender at their cost.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email Customer Care for a Return/Repair form within 7 days of receipt of product. Product that has been abused may not be returned under any circumstances. For all other products, if the item is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund based on your original method of payment.

The product must be returned to us within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the Return/Repair form. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product. All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Original freight charges are not refundable.

Production Time Policy

Production of all GOAT Syndicate products begin when the window for purchase ends and begin shipping after approximately 2 weeks.

Pre-Order Policy

  • If an item is marked Pre-Order, this means that the item is not 'live' in our warehouse. Production will begin once the pre-order window has closed

  • The availability date listed is based on the most current information we have.

  • If you have placed a pre-order for an item and paid, you can choose to cancel your pre-order at any time before the product ships without any penalties. If your item ships and you choose to cancel the order there will be a restocking fee.

  • You can place multiple orders but we reserve the right to limit quantities at any time. If an order comes in with a large quantity of a single item we reserve the right to adjust or limit the item. This is in an effort to satisfy as many customers as possible.

Shipping Policy

All orders require time to build and ship. This processing time is different than the shipping method / speed selected at time of check out. After your product is built and tested we will package and prepare to ship. GOAT Syndicate uses USPS and UPS for domestic orders, as well as Fed Ex and USPS for international orders. Once an order is shipped GOAT Syndicate is not responsible for any delays or issues related to it's delivery.
