Is the Syndicate real?

The Syndicate provides the highest quality products and customer service available. Our products are tested and created by fans for fans. Every product is factory new and modded by our highly experienced team.

Are your art pieces original?

Every piece starts in our hands, right here in-house. We take fresh OEM gear as our blank canvas, then hit it with paint, dips, prints—even custom sculpts—turning it into rare, Limited Run art you can actually use.

Do you use AI?

Every design we drop is 100% human-made—no AI in the art itself. The only time AI shows up is for things like product photo backdrops, never the actual work.

Are your products stickers or wraps?

Neither actually—everything we make is done by hand. We paint, screen print, embroider, hydro dip, or print straight onto the original piece itself.

Do you use first-party products?

Yes. We use factory-new first-party products which are then modified and customized by our team.

Ordering

How does the pre-order system work?

Items marked as Pre-Order are not yet available in our warehouse. We begin manufacturing after the pre-order period ends.

When placing a preorder is the money charged at point of sale?

With all preorders the item is charged at time of sale. With many items part of that charge goes towards the production costs of the item being ordered. Since we are small this is the best way for our team to get the best product out in the in fastest time possible.

Can I place multiple orders?

Yes. However, we reserve the right to limit quantities to ensure fair availability for all customers. Large orders of a single item may be adjusted.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

When will my pre-order item ship?

All pre-orders will begin shipping two weeks after the pre-order window has closed.

What if I change my mind after placing a pre-order?

You may cancel your pre-order any time before the product ships without penalty. If your item has already shipped, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee.

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship with USPS and UPS for domestic orders, and FedEx for international orders.

How long does shipping usually take?

Transit time depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Since we are based in St. Louis, MO, most domestic packages arrive within a few business days.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can I return a product once I receive it?

Returns are possible but given the limited nature of our products 50% of the order will be retained for restocking.

Is there a warranty on your products?

Our products come with a 60 day limited warranty.
